My First Official Published Photo

Over the past year or so I have become a huge fan of pin-up style shoots. Not really into Boudoir photos but more the Rockabilly Vintage Pin-ups. I decided a year ago January to try my first group photo shoot. It was a huge success. Since then it has just kept growing. Ladies are finally realizing how much fun it is to dress up and have fun doing a photo shoot, even if they aren't the perfect size. I did a Zombie-Gothic-Dead Shoot in October. It was probably the funnest shoot I have done. Anyway, I was given a link to a new Pin-Up Magazine who was looking for photo submissions. So I submitted a few photos and was lucky enough to have a photo chosen for Outlaw Kittens first publication. You can purchase their monthly issues online. Check them out on Facebook. As for the talented Model that would be Miss Erin Beisel from Herington. She was portraying a dead Marilyn Monroe for this shoot. She has done other shoots with me as well and the camera loves her. Almost makes me jealous! I have posted the cover of the magazine that it is in as well as her lovely photo. I would also like to give credit to my Make Artists: Paige Hoover & Damien Zimmerman. Without them my models would not have looked so awesome for that shoot. I do plan to continue to to submit photos. I have submitted a photo for their February issue and the editor said it really moved him. So hopefully I will continue to work with them. Ask me about upcoming pin-up style shoots. I have one every month from January to May with different themes.

Connecting with my Customers

I have decided to start doing a blog so I can better connect to my customers. I have had many customers who say they love to look at the photos from the photo shoots as well as hear details about them. This will give those customers a place to look at photos from shoots and maybe not bother those who don't care so much. This is all new to me so be patient as I jump into this new element.
